SkyWorld is well on track with its SkyWorld Quality Centre pledge of building quality homes for all.

On 15 November 2017, SkyWorld received its first Quality Assessment System in Construction (“QLASSIC”) certification for achieving 76% score for its first residential project, Ascenda Residences at SkyArena, Setapak. QLASSIC is a system and method used by Construction Industry Development Board (“CIDB”) to assess and evaluate the quality of building workmanships based on the Construction Industry Standard in Malaysia.
